Maddy "graduated" from preschool in May. Apparently, preschools are now having graduations ceremonies with caps and gowns!:) Here are a few pictures from this special day.
Maddy is just 3 weeks from the school cut-off date (which would make her the youngest in Kindergarten). I think Maddy is ready academically but there are other reasons we have been hesitant to push her into Kindergarten in the public schools. Therefore, we have decided to put her in Kindergarten at a private school, then decide next year whether to put her in Kindergarten or 1st grade at the public schools. She loves learning and is so excited to start school again. I hope her excitement for school never ends!:)
