Summer Fun with Friends

We had a lot of fun this summer with friends. Here are 3 outings with friends!
Megan shared that one of her traditions each year with her family was to go to the state fair early in the morning and follow the hot air balloons. I am a sucker for family traditions....it's what the kids will remember and love growing up!! So, I decided to take this on....even though Austin worked on Saturday. So, we picked up Zach and Megan and went to the state fair. The kids had so much fun chasing the hot air balloon. We watched the balloons aim for the target and were lucky enough to watch one balloon land....this balloon (Dreamcatcher) ended up being the winner!! It was a wonderful morning spending time with two of our favorite people and being with the hot air balloon winner!!
One night we went to the zoo with Nolan and Kate. The night we went they had free train rides, so Drew enjoyed the ride with his cousins!
The last few pics are of our visit to a splash park with Baylor and Cooper. Maddy and Drew enjoyed going to the splash park...but their favorite part was the Dipping Dots ice cream!!
Enjoy the pics!

I love this pic! Drew loves Zach! He had so much fun being there with Zach.
Here is Zach, Megan, Maddy and Drew being goofy!:)
We watched the hot air balloons throw markers on a target. The closest to bulls eye wins!
Here Maddy and Drew got a picture with the Dreamcatcher's pilot as he landed his hot air balloon!
Here we are at the end of our wonderful morning!
Kate, Maddy, Nolan and Drew waiting for the train at the zoo!
Drew loves trains! He enjoyed our ride around the zoo!
Maddy, Drew, Cooper and Baylor acting goofy and having fun!
Maddy, Baylor and Drew eating lunch! They have so much fun together, can you tell?
